Terms & Conditions

1. General

Manu Maharani Resort Corbett is a unit of Mahaveer Multicreation Pvt. Ltd. All financial transactions must therefore be processed through our company account.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time is 1400 hrs.
• Check-out time is 1100 hrs.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

3. Resort Rules

• Outside food, liquor and beverages are not permitted for consumption in any open area of the resort.
• Pets are not allowed within the resort premises.
• Swimming costumes are mandatory for use of the swimming pool, and guests are requested to carry their own.
• No loud music is permitted after 10:00 pm. Guests are requested not to play loud music in their rooms, as it causes inconvenience to other guests staying at the property.

4. Identification

All guests staying at the resort are required to present one of the following government-issued photo identity documents at the time of check-in:

• Voter ID
• Passport
• Aadhaar Card
• Driving Licence

5. Cancellation Policy

Valid for bookings of up to 9 rooms. Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking amount.

• 15 days or more prior to the check-in date: No cancellation charges.
• 15 to 7 days prior to the check-in date: 50% cancellation charges of the total booking amount.
• 7 days or less prior to the check-in date: 100% cancellation charges of the total booking amount.

6. Payment Terms

• 50% of the payment is to be deposited at the time of booking.
• The balance 50% is to be settled at the time of check-in.
• Any extras beyond the booked plan are to be settled at the time of check-out.
